Macadamia Nuts

Most of us think that majority of the macadamia nuts we buy come from Hawaii, but many come from the country where the trees were first discovered, Australia. The macadamia trees in Hawaii were first planted for cultivation in in the 1880s. Macadamias are a source of calcium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, selenium, iron, thiamine, riboflavin and niacin.
